R&B superstar Usher suffered a kick in the face during his concert in New York on Monday, December 13, when a female fan he had invited onstage to serenade accidentally hit him with her stiletto. The "Yeah!" hitmaker resumed his U.S. tour with a show at Madison Square Garden, three days after sustaining a minor injury during a gig in New Jersey, which resulted in the cancellation of Saturday's December 11 performance in Virginia.
The singer returned to top form for fans in the Big Apple, but he was left with a red-face during one segment of the show, when he chose one lucky girl to join him in the spotlight for a rendition of his ballad "Trading Places".
Usher teased the excited fan by writhing with her on a couch, but the sexy show went awry when she knocked him in the head with her shoe. However, he laughed off the incident and insisted he was fine, quipping, "We play rough in the bed... We kick each other in the face and all that good stuff!"
